Paul Brinkley put our septic tank 4 and a half feet from our basement wall on top of fill dirt. It has since settled and has backed up into the house, causing thousands of dollars worth of damage. (The inlet is 6 inches lower than the outlet of the septic tank) By code, the septic tank should be a minimum of 15 ft from the house. He took a couple of calls from my husband and I saying he would fix it, then never came out.
