Twelve weeks ago I dropped off a warrantee part for my 3 week old Electrolux vacuum. I was told at the time it would be 3 to 4 weeks. At 6 weeks I called again and was told it takes 3-4 weeks. At 8 weeks I was told there is nothing they can do about it, I asked if they could call and get status. It was to much for them to do. At 10 weeks, I got another gentleman on the line ( much more pleasant and helpful, he told me that Electrolux had been waiting for the serial number of my vacuum. NOBODY called me to get this information and not told this when I called in. At 11 weeks I called again..... spoke with the older gentleman and was told he would check on it and call me back.......... waiting! Called today, told they can't do anything and it would be here when it gets here and he would call me back.......... DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE!
